Passbolt v5.0.1 is a maintenance release that addresses issues introduced in the recent major v5.0.0 update. This release reverts the migration of encrypted notes into cleartext descriptions to align with the v4 approach, ensuring that existing resources retain their confidentiality.
This release also includes a few UI improvements to enhance the overall experience with the new v5 design, including a sleeker loading screen and better handling of long usernames in user badges.
Looking ahead, support for both secure note and searchable description is planned for the upcoming v5.2 release.
